Pytron Parker is a Georgia native, building a life around the performing arts. She received her Bachelors of Arts degree in theatre with a minor concentration in dance from Brenau University.

Exploring the arts while embracing the beauty life has to offer, Pytron loves creating artistic moments and nurturing hidden talents with the ultimate goal of making people smile a little more each day. Trained in jazz, tap, ballet, modern, musical theatre, contemporary, and hip hop, Pytron has been changing dancers' lives for over 17 years. Her classes are creative, high energy, and challenging while incorporating tons of fun.

Pytron defines her teaching as “Empowering students and demonstrating the fundamentals of dance while providing structure in a fun atmosphere.” After several years of teaching, Pytron's philosophy when it comes to her students and teaching has evoloved. Having a strong work ethic and being dedicated to your craft is a must when approaching a class with Pytron. Pytron is a master storyteller who is a one-of-a-kind facial performer. Pytron stresses the importance of facial awareness and body language when telling a story. She believes that time is a valuable gift and should not be wasted. This goes for every dancer no matter their age, level, or dance ability. Pyton is passionate about helping students build confidence and she is always encouraging students to explore their individual creative gifts.

Pytron is an award-winning instructor and choreographer. Her dance teams, solo, and duet routines have won top awards at both regional and national competitions.  While working with the Gainesville Theatre Alliance, Pytron has served as dance captain and assistant choreographer for main stage productions.  She serves as a dance captain for the Southeastern Theatre Conference and had the pleasure of teaching dance workshops nationwide. Pytron had the pleasure of assisting New York choreographer, David Rossetti and Disney's Barbara Hartwig. Her choreography has been showcased by the WNBA and the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame.   Summer of 2019,  she choreographed her first and favorite musical,  In The Heights at The Marietta's New Theatre In The Square.

​Pytron is most alive while performing on stage.  Her favorite experiences include A Christmas Carol, West Side Story, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dream Coat, White Christmas, In The Heights,  Ragtime, Hairspray, Singin’ in the Rain, Intimate Apparel and For Colored Girls. Pytron started as Maria, Lady in Waiting, and The Queen in The Queen's Ball: A Bridgerton Experience in the summer of 2022 in Atlanta, GA (Netflix, Shondaland & Fever). Pytron has worked professionally for theatres across the nation including Flatrock Playhouse, Mill Mountain Theatre, Cumberland County Playhouse, Alliance Theatre, Theatrical Outfit, Aurora Theatre,  Gainesville Theatre Alliance, and toured nationally with the Nebraska Theatre Caravan.

Pytron has worked as a production assistant with the prestigious national dance competitions, Kids Artistic Revué and Rainbow National Dance Competition. Pytron has served a variety of roles with both Rainbow and KAR, which includes emcee, scorekeeper, competition lead and now, Director. In 2017 and 2019, Pytron had the pleasure of living and working abroad in Australia. She toured numerous cities including Perth, Brisbane, Newcastle, Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney with both Rainbow National Dance Competition and Kids Artistic Revue. One of Pytron's fondest career moments was teaching dance and drama at Varee International School in Chiang Mai, Thailand for the 2021-2022 school season. She was responsible for teaching primary and secondary students: Nursey level to Year 9. Within her great communications skills, Pytron has also served as a motivational speaker influencing and providing guidance to multiple college students. She loves speaking and volunteering with youth groups any chance she gets.  Pytron also enjoys the simplicity of life, in her spare time she enjoys crafting, thrifting,  learning something new and spending time with loved ones.
